@AmericanExpress is such a fickle company. They recently denied me a credit limit increase because I accidentally scheduled a payment from an account I forgot to fund and the payment was returned. Mind you, the payment was WELL in advance of the statement closing period! 1/2

@AmericanExpress has reported me to the credit bureau for 30 day late payments 2x while on autopay. Per their policy they should have adjusted the amount to cover the minimum payment due. Both months was less than $10 difference. Lowered my credit score by 100 pnts #doesntcare
