American Airlines Problems in Reno

American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

90 minutes on hold with @AmericanAir - wow, just wow. Hold keeps telling me can book online, online logins have been failing for days, and unable to use flight credit in the app - must call AA. How much less user friendly can they make flying? Is any airline good anymore?
