@AmericanAir After several delays for an original 5:16 flight back home to denver from Charlotte, we have now been sitting on the plane for over two hours and it has yet to depart the gate. This has been the bar none worst flight experience I have ever experienced

@AmericanAir Really? We tried to rebook at 11am and were told there were no seats available at all to Denver all day. Several families cancelled their vacations and went home? Are you still trying to fly an empty plane here……..

@AmericanAir I understand that not all of the issues are in your control but this is the worst execution of an outbound flight I have ever experienced. Not only are we now 2+ hours behind, I was asked to pour out all water, that I acquired legally past security, at the gate…
