American Airlines is a US airline and has Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport as its largest hub. American Airlines also owns American Eagle, which operates mostly regional flights. American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

Sick and tired of @AmericanAir’s penalty for using their miles when flying to the UK. It’s either pay a normal amount of miles to fly on BA and pay hundreds in BA “fees” or TWICE the miles to fly American metal and normal fees. Using miles should be fun. This is not.
