Sick and tired of @AmericanAir’s penalty for using their miles when flying to the UK. It’s either pay a normal amount of miles to fly on BA and pay hundreds in BA “fees” or TWICE the miles to fly American metal and normal fees.
Using miles should be fun. This is not.
