@BornInThe50 @AmericanAir Nope, because our connection flight was on Alaska Air, so if we get to Miami tonight they got us to our destination and their “system” doesn’t adjust. So hotel charge and Alaska Airline change of day/flight fees is on us

@cubug @AmericanAir It’s okay. You can follow back. Give them your number then they want you to download WhatsApp. I mean I almost feel like they are just making you jump through hoops. They don’t actually want to talk to you. They stranded my daughter in Miami all day on Friday.

@AmericanAir just landed on a flight from Miami- with the rudest crew I have ever encountered. Very disappointing and certainly will not use again and will ensure friends and family do not use.

There’s so many people trapped in the airport because of American Airlines are cancelling so many flights out Miami. I’ve never seen anything like this. The line to rebook goes down the entire terminal. You can’t speak to anyone on the phone either. It’s insanity. @AmericanAir
