@AmericanAir I understand that but we paid $35 extra per seat for extra leg room and then we had to get off the plane and our rebooked flight did not offer that. So we not only had less leg room but we threw away $70.

We paid $1000 CASH plus used 4 SWU's (that takes $250k in SPEND to EARN). If AA wants to change its policy's of GUARANTEED seats with those, then FINE. But they haven't yet. So…
