@AmericanAir Hi I have 2 flights booked via a travel company we have been given a reference number for the flights which we can access. This reference and flights cannot be added to our account for the airmiles/rewards. how do we add our accounts to those flights please. Thanks

it’s been so long since i’ve had a good interaction with airline staff but the woman at the desk who checked me in for my @AmericanAir flight went above and beyond for me when she learned it was my first time flying since i got kidney failure. her kindness rly made a difference

@SethDillon @AmericanAir Non connecting flights get booted first. It's the only logical reasoning unless you have a medical appt. in CLT. Driving 90 mins loses the connection and reason for the flight.
