American Airlines Problems in Charlotte

@AmericanAir Seriously AA. Flying internationally, booked a direct flight from. Cancun to Charlotte. Flying was delayed 4 hrs and diverted to Miami. We lost our flight and we are now stranded in this airport. Everything is closed and not a single AA employee. Fix the issue now.

Last two trips with horrible experience @AmericanAir Missed critical events x2. Slept in Charlotte airport due to mechanical issue. Reward: $12 meal voucher! Next time #United or #Delta.

@mafaldita2021 @AmericanAir What assurance can you give to flyers who are flying on your Boeing 737 planes they are safe? Flying soon to Aruba out of Charlotte on a 737-800. Scared to death!! Are these planes being brought in for a maintenance check due to issues with these planes?

So spoiled by @SouthwestAir that flying on @AmericanAir was a huge letdown. The flight attendants did not appear to want to be there, save one; the longer the flight, the less I wanted to be there. Flight AA4081 from Charlotte, NC to Springfield, MO. Love #southwest
