@Mr_Riot@AmericanAir RIGHT! I’m so livid! I even told the girl who took my bag I didn’t trust them to check it and would you look at me being right! So now we are sitting in the airport still 2hrs from VA because this was the closest airport flying out to Palm Beach when we booked.
