This is a terrible cash grab @AmericanAir. We now have to pay an extra $32 a seat to ensure our teenager, toddler and special needs son can sit close to mom and dad. Or roll the dice at check-in and hope they seat kids near an adult. Its stressful enough w/o trusting that occurs.
