@KatiePMcGrady@AmericanAir They slammed the door on 19 of us in December. We were on an AA flight from Chicago to LAX with a connection in Vegas. The rest of the plane waited while 19 of us ran off the plane to the connecting flight. Slammed the door and didn’t let us on. They had to rebook all 19 of us.
