@Prairiefire42@AmericanAir I am in complete agreement with Kevin, same experience. The company has devolved, and it shows most in the employees, they have lost the bubble and clearly aren’t interested in improvement. Giving my 900k miles away. The shitshow in CLT on a good day was insufferable.
