@fedupveteran@BuzzPatterson@AmericanAir is by far the worst when dealing with pets. Have had terrible experiences. From the awful people at the check-in, the gate agents, to even the flight attendants, it’s like they hate dogs. Psychotic about it. Southwest is the best for traveling with pets.
