@AmericanAir so disorganized! 1 hour late due to “food delay” , then when we arrive our gate is occupied! Ummm what were you doing for the 6 hours we were flying and the 1 hour waiting for “food”?!? Our gate should be ready! Wish your company was as smooth as Amazon!
