So this happened this morning. @AlaskaAir originally upgraded me yesterday from premium to first class. I am then downgraded as I walk to the gate and no longer have my premium seat as an option nor the food I pre-ordered. My flight is 6 hours and this is a huge inconvenience.

@jbullockruns @AlaskaAir I’m sorry to hear that brother doctor @jbullockruns. It’s very disappointing because that tinge of excitement is taken away without explanation or concern of how it affects your plans, especially those who need food (that they pre-ordered) for their meds.
