Disappointed in @AlaskaAir - they used to have great customer service and work with customers. We have been very loyal and now am considering changing airlines. We had an emergency and since my wife bought saver fair they would not work with us at all. Plus not very friendly.

This whole bag fee increase by #Airlines is a bull crap excuse to charge more. U don’t pay taxes on fees, so you’re making $1 billion tax-free. Why don’t you executives stop blaming employee costs and take a cut on how much you make @AmericanAir @Delta @AlaskaAir @united @IRS_CI
