Hi @airtelindia, what is the process to port my @JioCare Jio number to Airtel. Jio no. I'm using since long... But in Varanasi (UP) Jio network and 5g network services are getting poor and poor... They are giving unlimited 5g for free but since 2 days I'm getting 4g poor network.

Hello @airtelindia, I recently switched from Jio to Airtel, and about 2 hours ago, my Jio SIM's network disappeared. After inserting the Airtel SIM, I haven't been able to get any network signal for the past 2 hours. Can you please assist me with this issue? @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Sir #Airtel Stream Fiber Broadband is not working from 12 January 2024, last more than 110 hours in Shivpur, #Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Kindly do the needful as all your clients in this area are facing the same. We are only receiving SMS of patience and apologize.
