Got my consent for disconnection cancellation through DMs, assured me of shifting my connection but now not replying. Bunch of crooks Airtel. Dont buy any broadband connection.Their postpaid is also prepaid

I have even escalated to Appellate but that is also of no use. If this is how it is going to be it’s better if you remove this connection altogether and I will get a broadband from a different service provider. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
