Airtel Broadband Internet Complaints in Bangalore

Airtel broadband outage in Bangalore is at its peak, past 24hrs no internet and the recovery time keeps changing every 3 hrs.. @airtelindia @airtelnews this has to be addressed.. as no response from the customer support..

@vivekkrchy @JioCare @airtelindia Yes we do have alternatives .. it’s just that JioFiber never performed this bad into providing their services. Not sure what happened to them. Have booked for other options will get new connection by tomorrow, can’t joke around with our work.#wfh #jiofiberPoorServices

@airtelindia this is regarding a shifting of broadband service request i provided within bangalore two weeks ago. Still now the shifting has not been done. I have called the customer care multiple times . This is pathetic service. Worst internet provider in india. #airtel

@JioCare @reliancejio Jiofiber requires 3 days to fix internet connectivity issue in Bangalore. In this age and time, this is unacceptable. @airtelindia in my experience does it much faster. Only on jio because of bundled OTT. Service is better for airtel anyday

I have taken new Airtel broadband connection in Bangalore but the company representative has taken 3 months advance money (>3000 INR) and did incomplete work. @airtelindia
