Planning to quit using @airtelindia and move to @reliancejio The reason is, Airtel claims to provide unlimited 5G internet with 5g devices and I have both and I'm in a strong 5g network area. Despite all of these my data has been consumed 100% and it says to recharge. Pathetic

I logged a complaint for internet issue Complaint no 1-81166673200 yesterday at 8.45 pm. But no one come for resolution from. airtel customer care was not lodged any complaint yesterday and they just fake promises.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

Of days on which my Broadband Nw was down. Kindly on a prorarata basis,based on Nw Down time,extend my Nw connectivity.
