Airtel Broadband Internet Complaints in Chennai

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Recently Switched to Airtel broadband and regretting it! 5 days without internet after switching to Airtel broadband.Despite numerous calls to customer care, no resolution or callback.

@airtelindia I have enquired about broadband connection and your agent came to my home and asked me to pay for the connection and once I paid the amount, he told that I will get the connection next day itself. It's been 5 days now I have not get any connection or not a call.

@airtelindia Internet is down from yesterday afternoon and the complaint # 10437075283 was raised for the same. Till now the internet turned out and it's really affected my work. Request you to take this on priority and resolve it ASAP.

2/2 Last Saturday 13.04.2024 my internet got disconnected till today(20.04.2024)no resolution has been made but they keep on closing my ticket without even asking me and contacting me seems they are trying to give internet from satellite I guess @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Day 8, No internet. still @airtelindia's Broadband issue is not fixed. Used various networks before but never faced issue like this, they send you text everyday saying it will be fixed soon. Worst, bad and ugly @Airtel_Presence #Airtel never cares about #CustomerSatisfaction.
