@airtelindia your customer service is extremely bad. I have been stuck without an internet connection in an area. I wanted to shift my wifi connection and needed assistance with installation as I have the router with me. The entire day you all wasted my time.

@airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence : A simple disconnection broadband request - Called 4-5 times and even after waiting for 15 mins / call, you are not connected and request is not registered. Pathetic services and still they want customers to continue .

@AdvaitaKala @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No Advaita. Its not done . You have to fix this . Have backup WiFi connections on UPS . We do that to ensure our WFH / Remote schooling is not impacted. Particularly when there are so many podcasts to choose from . This is very unfair to the loyal followers that come to TSC.
