Hey @airtelindia, my friend went to Lakshmi Mills office for a #prepaid SIM 4G to 5G sim swap. The office staff has issued her a #postpaid connection & told her that they can't issue a direct #prepaid SIM card. Why is this so @airtelindia? @TRAI #CustomerService #ServiceIssues

Terminate @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence no 0422 4366329 immediately. Making police complaint today, since you have not sent termination acceptance mail, inspite of repeatedly request. Dont need any apology or explanation, Close connection immediately & send mail confirmation.Related Services
