@airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have subscribed for Airtel black combo pack DTH and Broadband on 17th April and made payment also. Still no one have contacted me and the connection is not done yet. It's more than 72 hours but still no action. Pls do it on priority

2/2 Last Saturday 13.04.2024 my internet got disconnected till today(20.04.2024)no resolution has been made but they keep on closing my ticket without even asking me and contacting me seems they are trying to give internet from satellite I guess @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtelxstream4 @AirtelXstr67070 I have been using Airtel xstream fiber for past 1 year. From last 4 days internet service is not working and when I raised a complaint Customer care office is saying the post paid plan 199 per month is withdrawn long back

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago the connection has not been restored since more than 45 days. Newer connection is easier to obtain. Kindly disconnect

Day 8, No internet. still @airtelindia's Broadband issue is not fixed. Used various networks before but never faced issue like this, they send you text everyday saying it will be fixed soon. Worst, bad and ugly @Airtel_Presence #Airtel never cares about #CustomerSatisfaction.

Got an Airtel Black connection (Xstream+DTH) by paying the advance amount for the 1099 plan with a promise of free installation/hardware. Now I've been charged Rs.2500 as "activation charges" in my first-month bill. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No resolution from your cust care.

@SecondShowTamil @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't ever go with the Hathway they are worst than this. I cancelled my Broadband connection like 6 months back and still I am getting the call daily. I asked them to pay my advance to return the modem but they are denying me to pay before returning it. I am sure they wil not payRelated Services
