Got an Airtel Black connection (Xstream+DTH) by paying the advance amount for the 1099 plan with a promise of free installation/hardware. Now I've been charged Rs.2500 as "activation charges" in my first-month bill. @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence No resolution from your cust care.
