Hey @airtelindia, my WiFi Xstream Fiber has been down since yesterday morning. I've made multiple complaints but it's still not fixed. First, you promised by 12 PM today, now the resolution time keeps changing. This is the worst service experience from Airtel. @Airtel_Presence

@TRAI @JioCare I ported my postpaid SIM from @airtelindia to @reliancejio, got it activated.However, 2 days later,it went inactive due to an outstanding bill from Airtel.Even after settling the dues,my Jio SIM remains inactive despite repeated visits; they're not activating it.Related Services
