Atrocious support by Airtel. I paid 14k in advance for 1gbps 3-month plan. The installation guy disconnected my working Tata fiber connection but didn't install the Airtel one because he needs correct router. Unable to WFH since 2 days. @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence@airtelnews
