@ACTFibernet Having a lousy experience with these guys. Unfortunately went for a year subscription, now repenting for it. 1 week into installation & these guys haven’t been able to activate the connection. Numerous complaints on the chatbot go unheeded. Survey before you buy in.

@Airtel_Presence Hi we are wasting time in this. Pls let me know the procedure to cancel the connection. Your service technician is not attending calls as well. My other branch has an @ACTFibernet and never have I ever faced this kind of outage.

@ACTFibernet we have requested for power back in our building but box alone kept in our building, power box connection was from neighbouring bulding. Because of this we are facing issues during powercuts for the past 6 months. sort out this issue.. or cancel your connection.

@ACTFibernet You don't know how to convince the customer also, simply close the connection without proper explanation, you guys only forced take the plan with showing pamphlet, now ur telling that's not option

@ACTFibernet It's of no issue. Your backend team says that it's a process and my account will be suspended. My question is why did you give false promises and asked me to take the connection?
