Also, I pay $87/month for ONLY internet with @GetSpectrum , yet they apparently can’t even get here until the middle of the day tomorrow to restore my internet. What a joke… @Ask_Spectrum not impressed.

@Ask_Spectrum Having an internet emergency, as defined by another spectrum employee, but your customer service rep won’t send someone out for almost 24 hours. This is the second time this has happened in less than a week. Absurd.

@Ask_Spectrum is hands down the WORST internet provider. It's like they specialize in interrupting your service on a daily basis.

Our @GetSpectrum internet has been out in downtown Overland Park all week. It came on for about 3 hrs midday yesterday then our again. Its hard to get work done without the internet
