I’m going to guess that all my Veteran and LE brothers and sisters as well as my families fellow FF and EMT’s all use @Verizon for cellular and internet service. Or my POSTS aren’t going out. I’ll go back to looking for another provider myself.

@Verizon The worst customer service, and rude employees, the company does not honour contracts signed between two parties and deliberately delay answering questions when asked .. the customer service staff is trained to disconnect calls if a consumer requests for a manager .
