Have I mentioned lately how much I loathe @CoxComm @CoxHelp About every week service is interrupted in some fashion. This week alone I have seen multiple trucks in my area and only get an estimate of repair being 4 hours into the future. When that hits, it just gets extended. WTF

@CoxComm A family member switches to AT&T, who has fiber optics. Their internet never goes down and costs the same price as what you charge. At one time you had outstanding service, not amymore!

@CoxHelp Chris- I am not sure what giving you my address while I am at work will do to help the lack of communication @CoxComm did with the email switch. I need the server settings so I can setup my email client software, and app on my phone. The message today says nothing about them.
