Took my 1st paid subscription on @Zoho, could have chosen #Google but why pay to a global giant when you a homegrown better alternative with more features. Zoho offers so much to small businesses in India for free, it should be the 1st choice. Have always been a fan of @svembu

@Zoho @ZohoCares @ZohoBilling is sending invoices to customers an not a priority for a billing/subscription platform? Why has ticket 91383048 not been fixed since more than 3 months now? (and at least 2 months after it was clearly demonstrated as a bug in your system)

@ZohoCares @Zoho And if this is a well thought out product decision, why is the description/ body field even available in your dropdowns when defining rules and workflows? Even support team was confused as to why it isn't working as any normal person would expect.

@ZohoCares @Zoho Custom function do not allow assignees to be picked from a dropdown. Need to change the ticket assignee? Go figure out the user ID from some other complicated process.

@maahirahaan @Zoho Bank feeds rely on third party service, most banks work fine, some give issues. You can also set up an daily email statement directly from the bank to Zoho books. If your bank has the same facility.Related Services
