@ZohoCares @Zoho And if this is a well thought out product decision, why is the description/ body field even available in your dropdowns when defining rules and workflows? Even support team was confused as to why it isn't working as any normal person would expect.

@ZohoCares @Zoho Custom function do not allow assignees to be picked from a dropdown. Need to change the ticket assignee? Go figure out the user ID from some other complicated process.Related Services
