@chloeworthy @ZARA_Care @ZARA Dude I literally ended up filing a complain to the court! And guess what , I got the refund mail in 3 hrs. If I don't receive the money by Saturday I am going ahead with legal action! This fuckin sucks!

Hey @ZARA_Care @ZARA , seriously disappointed with order #53656039296. It's been weeks since delivery, still no refund or communication from your end. Customer support's empty promises and hanging up on calls just add insult to injury. Where's the accountability and service?

What a nonsense procedure @ZARA follows and ask for the physical bill in this tech era. If they reduce the product price, you would only get the current price back and not the one paid. I want my money back @zara.
