Today I went to buy an outfit & there was two Caucasian women by my side and I was checking out and the guy came directly to me in the self check out to ask if I needed help. It’s so racist. @ZARA terrible customer service can’t speak to anyone I returned a large order and paid postage and the refund is completely wrong 3 times on WhatsApp you say you will send an email and I have received nothing. Is this how you treat your customers???

@donnaevans @ZARA Recently got a US version Dreamcast one myself. I dunno if I'll ever use it but MAN, these are awesome! Yeah, tracking down the missed ones is gonna be a challenge. I did manage to get one of the Mega Drive backpacks though!

Care to explain why the fitting room in mens section is closed and I have to go, try the items in the women’s section downstairs at your @ZARA store in @AventuraMall ? That line is forever!! Whatever is that you are doing - do it when the store is closed to public. No-brainer!

Been charged by @ZARA for an item that I didn’t order or receive and now they won’t refund me. Spent days speaking to a useless chat box going round in circles and unable to get hold of a human. Awful customer service. Beware of ordering anything from them.
