@Yelp Of course you’ll say that. Doesn’t matter. The proof is obvious. My business had a 3.9 rating when we were paying Yelp. That magically dropped to 2.5 within 6 months of cancelling all advertising and profile upgrades. It’s blatant extortion. You guys suck.
