@XLNBusiness No longer a business oriented service. Have been on hold for 33 minutes awaiting an advisor. Tried yesterday gave up after 20 minutes. As a business we can not afford to tie up our phone lines indefinitely to try and resolve an issue.

@XLNBusiness Our main business telephone line has been ceased/ cancelled..Without our request or knowledge- XLNbusiness has changed our telephone line to cloud voice - no tel line for days & when it is functional it wont operate with our tel system. no one dealing with this issue #shocking

I have been a customer of @XLNBusiness @Daisy_Comms for over 13 years and I upgraded my business phone to digital. Due to their incompetence I did not have a live phone at my business for 4.5 weeks. Avoid at all costs! The worst company I’ve experienced
