@aleyda Been complaining about platforms for 10+ years. It's not like any of this is "new". We've had the mark-up/elements etc. for years. But things like @WordPress/@wordpressdotcom can't even be bothered to implement proper security, out of the box, they'd rather monetise it all.

Day 3 of @wordpressdotcom @WordPress not responding. Even Tik Tok phoned me when I couldn't upload my ID. An actual human picked up the phone. I thought @tiktok_uk @tiktokeu was more faceless than #Wordpress. was wrong. What's the worst customer service you've ever experience?

Anyone having issues with @wordpressdotcom @WordPress customers services? I have never needed them, but taking 48 hours to respond to urgent ecom website issues is really not it. Especially if they are calling themselves number 1!
