@Westpac so yesterday I spent 90+ minutes on the phone trying to call these bastards to get my internet banking details active again…. They shut down my user id and FORCED me to change my password! Then they abused me when as asked why! I want compensation for this hopeless

@Westpac are looking better and better by the day. Every time I ring my “local” branch (I use quotation marks since they closed down the closest one to us years ago) they never answer. They won’t allow an elderly disabled cancer patient to take her own money out of investment.
