@vividwireless Hi Lucy, in all respect as I know you’re just doing your job, but what’s the point!? Unless you are going to refund us a month for “time spent without actual connection” than what exactly will you do to help us!?

I have great internet access provided by @vividwireless for over a year now. It's been migrated to @Optus in the last month and the degraded service makes it almost unusable - @Optus you need to do better.

The worst thing that has happened to internet is @optus taking over running @vividwireless. 4 years and only 1 issue ever with vivid. First month after account was moved to Optus and it’s been out twice.
