I need some assistance from either @PayPal@AskPayPal@CapitalOne@Visa . I had a chargeback filed against me 4 days after I shipped the item. The item arrived safely and was signed for by the buyer. He has confirmed he got it. C/B dropped since 2/8. Paypal/Capital One won't talk
