@heytheredude yay, when i was at the very helpful and awesome @Verizon store in @MerriamKS, those guys were so helpful and nice. they asked if i wanted to purchase a new phone and i was like NOPE. those phones are a mortgage payment, at a minimum. super yikes!

It is just so amazing to me that it is 2024 and @Verizon @VerizonSupport can't do the very basic function of (1) telling you the ACTUAL promotions that apply to a purchase and (2) HONORING those promotions that may or may not be applied to your account, ever.

@Verizon is the equivalent of dealing with a used car lot. 5 hours on the phone and in store today to be repeatedly lied to about promotions, just to purchase 2 cell phones. The sixth rep was the right person to talk to for our "deal". Also, charging tax on "upgrade fees?"
