I’ll NEVER tell anyone to switch to @Verizon!I was promised a $200 Amazon gift card after 60 days. It’s going on 90 and I keep being told a different time frame that it will come and now it has to get“escalated”!! On top of my bill being HIGHER every month!! I freaking Hate them!

@Verizon @VerizonSupport What a mistake to try to switch to #VerizonWireless. I cannot get one person to resolve my situation. I even drove halfway across my city to resolve my problem in person, and she dialed a phone number and walked away. Now, I'm given a $700 bill???
