@croninjm @Verizon My phone is old. I’ve not done an update. Die for one, but not enough storage. Verizon did a few things, issue is still not fixed.

I don't have a Verizon phone but they keep billing me and wont cease. Called CS several times and never resolved. They dsid I need to go to a corporate store which is over 50 miles away. @Verizon my next step is BBB and to file in small claims court
