Extremely disappointed with @Uber service! Driver didn't turn on AC, resulting in a cab filled with mosquitoes. My 7-month-old daughter got bitten. Despite raising concerns via email, no action taken. Requested refund but still no response. Unacceptable! #Uber#CustomerService
