Amazingly, it looks like @txuenergy will actually be cheaper for me than @GexaVoice this time around with the solar buyback (6244 kWh imported, 4680 exported in the last 9 months.) The new Gexa rate would raise my bill $200/yr at current usage, and TXU is $100 less than that.
