@txuenergy earlier today, TXU energy disconnected my power due to a system error. When I called TXU (1-800-818-6132) to report this, I was assured that my power would be reconnected within 2 hours (at the latest). That was 3.5 hours ago. It’s 46 degrees in Texas.
