@txuenergy@oncor@GregAbbott_TX This explanation does not make me feel better, esp when the rates tend to increase before extreme weather events. Yall are taking food off of people's tables with high rates and passing on costs. I have lived in 4 other states and was never ever worried about my elec bill.
