Just reported a very loose nbn cable to @TPG_Telecom - the internet is working, but the next truck that drives past the house will pull it out. TPG says they’ll investigate. 2 hours later - investigation closed, internet is working correctly.

@TPG_Telecom been on hold for close to an hour now. Had an issue yesterday was told would be fixed within 24 hours, the issue is now worse. Terrible service. Now will find a better provider with better service

@binaryADD @VodafoneAU @TPG_Telecom Oh yeah. It's all fixed up, 5Gbps download speeds, and a WiFi router that doesn't restart itself 10 times a day.. Oops, sorry, autocorrect got that, I meant to say "Lol, of course not"

@TPG_Telecom Wow, TPG are quite happy to leave an over 80 yr old without a phone service, and their call centre staff without any supervisor to fall back in. Your management are cowards, hiding behind hapless staff on a network that fails to provide even a reliable phone service.
